Bookings and Reservations

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, through our website, or by visiting the spa.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time. Availability for a new appointment cannot be assured.

Arrival and Late Policy

Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any required formalities.

Late arrival may reduce the available treatment duration to avoid delays for other guests. The applicable service fee may remain unchanged.

Health and Wellness Information

Please inform our wellness professional about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, sensitivities, or ongoing treatments before receiving a service.

Gift Certificates

Guest Conduct

Any inappropriate, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour may result in the immediate discontinuation of service and removal from the premises. Applicable charges may still be payable.

Cancellations by the Spa

Mallorca Luxury Spa may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to operational requirements, staff availability, maintenance, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where applicable, guests will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for prepaid services that could not be provided.
